microLEAP financing is designed for Malaysian MSMEs that are post-revenue and able to demonstrate basic financial viability.
You are eligible if your business meets the following:
All business types are accepted including: sole proprietorships (enterprises), partnerships, limited liability partnerships (LLP), Sdn Bhd, unlisted public companies, public-listed company, subsidiaries of a public-listed company. Any other type of entity as may be permitted by the SC.
Your business should have an operating track record of six (6) months or more.
Used for business transactions and verification purposes.
This includes recent bank statements, management accounts, and audited financial statements (where applicable), depending on the length of the business's operating history.
Business owners and directors should have a reasonable credit record, or be able to justify any impairments.
Including SSM documents, NRIC of directors / ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), and supporting documents relevant to the financing type (e.g. invoices, POs).
Personal guarantees are required (typically two), subject to facility structure and credit assessment.
For certain financing structures, payment from the paymaster may be made to a joint account or disbursement directly to approved suppliers.

We welcome Malaysian registered entities that have been in operation for at least 6 months. This includes Sole Proprietorships (Enterprises), Partnerships, PLTs, Private Limited Companies (Sdn Bhd), and Listed/ Unlisted Public Companies.
Yes, you can. We accept applications from businesses with existing financing, subject to a Debt Service Ratio (DSR) assessment to ensure you can comfortably manage the new repayments.
We believe in transparency. Our fees are simple: a RM50 Application Fee upfront, and a one-time Platform Fee of 2%–8% (based on your financing tenor) deducted from the disbursement amount. That's it—no hidden charges, no monthly service fees.
This depends on your business needs. For Micro Financing, you can raise between RM 1,000 and RM 50,000. For Working Capital Financing, eligible businesses can raise up to RM 500,000. And for Invoice and PO Financing, businesses can raise up to RM 1.5M.
You do not need to be 100% funded to succeed. As long as your campaign reaches at least 80% of your funding target by the end of the funding period, we consider it successful and we will disburse the funds to you.
